Founded by Cristèle COUGET, HProjects supports companies, public and private organisations, and territories in designing, managing and facilitating their development and innovation projects.

Cristèle COUGET, Founder
Cristèle COUGET brings 29 years of experience in innovation ecosystem development, economic strategy, and the strategic design and delivery of complex projects. She advises organisations, public authorities and ecosystem stakeholders on structuring, governance and growth strategies. She also supports companies in their business development and international expansion (Europe, North and South America, Caribbean)
From 2012 to 2022, she served for 10 years as Managing Director of RETIS, the French innovation network. She also worked for three years as an in-house consultant for EBN (European Business and Innovation Network). She continues to provide these organisations with project ownership assistance (AMO), particularly in the implementation and facilitation of incubation programmes, as well as intelligence and monitoring systems.
Through these experiences, Cristèle COUGET has developed in-depth expertise in supporting innovative projects and has gained a close, field-level understanding of innovation ecosystems in France, across Europe, and internationally.
Cristèle COUGET also undertakes interim management assignments to support the set-up, structuring and development of non-profit organisations.
